(free-on-board) shipping point (Far Hills, New Jersey, U.S.A.); are sold "as is" and are not covered under any warranty or guarantee of any kind.

Buyer assents to full responsibility for any excess or additional import duties and/or customs fees specific to the country of destination in excess of those expected or anticipated at the time of order.

In no event shall Communication Paper Ltd., Inc.. be liable for any excess or additional import duties and/or customs fees specific to the country of destination that may be assessed after any claims regarding any invoice. All import duties and/or customs fees are the sole responsibility of Applicant (purchaser).
