Return Policy
- You may return* any used or opened merchandise within 30 days of
ordering for a full refund (less shipping costs).
- You may return* any unused and unopened merchandise within 60 days
of ordering for a full refund ( less shipping costs).
- All returns subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original form of
payment. If originally paid by check, please allow up to 10 business
days for bank clearance.
- All special made - to - order products are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
All special orders require a 50% down payment.
* All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization Number
(RA#). The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the returned
package. Referencing your invoice, please email,
call, fax, or write us to obtain your RA#.
